What's a token?
1 token covers up to 5 minutes of modem time. A quick test is 1 token; longer flows and live sessions cost 1 token per 5 minutes.
Do I need to purchase hardware?
No. The Business plan includes tokens for our shared global network, so you can test anywhere without buying hardware. If you bring your own edge device, tests that run on it are free – which is exactly what the Prototyper plan is built for.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with NET-30 terms.
